   Sort of David Lynchian. I never knew you were twisted in this particular way. Or is it the dentist who’s twisted? Was he huffing gas when he told you this?

   After the foot, an arm appeared, and then a knee, and suddenly a whole baby popped out of his mouth. I’m afraid he’s going to start shaving next week….
