felt like
everybody got out of
their classes
at the same time
with the same bell and
landed in the same stretch of
hallway everyone had
their lunch in a bag
but couldn’t eat yet.
They had another class to get to
and maybe they could eat something
once they got there
something pulled out of the bag.
everyone was ok and moving fast
and swinging their bags even
